If the stylist has contacted you to cancel a booking, please email us as soon as possible on hey@flayr.life. Please send through the screenshot of the message from the stylist cancelling the booking.
As we have multiple other stylists on the platform, we will try to find a replacement stylist for your booking and we can transfer across the deposit and booking to the replacement stylist.
If we are unable to find a replacement stylist, we can refund the deposit that was paid.
