To reschedule the date of the appointment, please click on "Change" on the top right hand corner on your Offer link (desktop view) or bottom toolbar (mobile view).
This will send a request to the stylist and if the stylist is able to reschedule the date, then you will get a new appointment date that you can book in.
If a new appointment date is offered, please ensure you accept the new appointment date so that the booking can be rescheduled and confirmed with the stylist.
If the stylist is unable to do the new date, the booking will remain as currently booked and if this is not suitable, you can cancel the booking. You can find more information on cancelling the booking on the following article -> How can I cancel my Appointment?
