To reschedule the time of the appointment, please click on "Change" on the top right hand corner of your Offer link (desktop view) or bottom toolbar (mobile view).
This will send a request to the stylist and if the stylist is able to reschedule the time, then you will get a new appointment time that you can book in.
If a new appointment time is offered, please ensure you accept the new appointment time so that it is updated and confirmed with the stylist.
If the stylist is unable to do the new time, the booking will remain as currently booked and if this is not suitable, you can cancel the booking. You can find more information on how to cancel the booking by clicking on this article -> How can I cancel my Appointment?
