Contact your Stylist

We'd recommend sending a quick message to the stylist through the online chat to confirm your booking and sending or uploading the following photos onto your "Look Book":

1. Selfie of yourself (with no makeup)
2. Selfie of the back of your hair
3. Photo of your desired look for makeup
4. Photo of your desired look for hair
5. A photo of your outfit, or if you don't have a photo yet, just message the colour of your outfit.

In addition, we would recommend checking and confirming with the stylist:

• the services for your booking
• the start and end time
• the location - please ensure that you have provided the full address to the stylist (incl unit number if applicable). If your location is difficult to get to, provide some instructions that might help the artist find your address on the day of the booking.
• if there is free parking or if not, where to park so that you can reimburse the stylist for parking expenses on the day.
• the amount payable to the stylist and which payment method they prefer, so that everything will run smoothly on the day of the booking.

Please note that stylist can be at events so they can take up to 24 hours to respond on your message.
