Normally the deposit is non refundable but we do have a Covid Cancellation Policy:
If your event gets cancelled or rescheduled as a result of Coronavirus (Covid-19), we can apply the deposit paid as a credit to your FLAYR account, so that you can use it on a deposit for a future booking within the next 6 months.
The event itself can be outside of this 6 month period. You just need to book a date, within the 6 month period.
